Richard Derks Quality Supervisor, Walkinshaw Group Started in 2018

Richard trains and supervises the end of production quality control staff. He prides himself on maintaining the established quality standards and processes, ensuring the final vehicle perfectly meets expectations. Daily tasks include interactive reviews of quality and safety processes, auditing the resulting information, and reacting and reporting accordingly. Richard is also highly involved in new product launches, participating in the pilot builds of new model lines. Fitness is a way of life for Richard who practices karate and lifts weights several times a week. He is a proud motorbike rider, enjoying the thrill of the open road when possible.
