Fabian Grillo Inbound/Outbound Vehicle Quality Supervisor, Walkinshaw Group Started in 2012

Fabian began his working life in our Walkinshaw Performance warehouse. His career progression now sees him reporting on both in and outbound vehicle quality, training inspectors and implementing quality assurance protocols. Physically inspecting vehicles to detect the slightest blemish, Fabian is the link that ensures the highest standards in our product ranges. His role requires him to record his findings, and those of his team, and to take action to ensure faults are remedied in a timely manner. He enjoys liaising with multiple departments and external organisations and outside of work he enjoys DJing and playing sports.
